In order to make Innotex Neon condom luminescent, it is to be exposed at light for 30 sec. You may choose one of three ways to make it shine: when the condom is still packed, when putting it on or after that.

If the condom was exposed at light being still packed, after its unpacking the top of the condom shines brightly than its remaining part. So put the condom on at light or turn the lighting on for 30 sec after you had put the condom on. Then turn off the light and get ready for the exciting night! Innotex Neon shines brightly during 15 min., after that the luminescence becomes less intensive and continues for an hour.
