Unpack the condom carefully in order not to damage it. Do not use the sharp objects for that.
Put the condom on the penis when it is erected, directly before any contact between the penis and the genitals of your partner, in order to prevent the sexually transmitted diseases.
Unroll the condom on the erected penis as far as possible, pressing the top (the sperm accumulator) of the condom in order to eliminate the presence of air, as it decreases the sensitivity.
The lubricated surface should be the external one.
After the sexual contact you should carefully remove from vagina the penis with the condom on, holding it at its base, in order not to loose the condom in the vagina and to avoid the leakage of sperm.
The condom may be put off only when penis has completely gone out of the vagina.
Never throw the condoms in the toilette, just wrap it in the paper and then throw it to the dustbin.
You may use the additional lubricants containing the gel on the water base. In order to moisture the vagina and to ensure the double contraceptive action, you may use, together with the condoms, «Pharmatex» in form of the suppositories, the capsules, the tampons or the cream, because «Pharmatex» is made on the base of water, to distinguish from the other local contraceptives, containing the hard fats in their base.
The spittle is also not recommended due to the possible presence of the microbes; the fatty lubricants like vaseline or baby oil are also not recommended because they destroy latex.
Each condom is destined only for one use. It is not allowed to wash it and to use once more.
You may check with your doctor or pharmacist the compatibility of the free sold preparations with the condoms, and consult about their influence on the penis and vagina.
