The History of Innotex

«Laboratoire Innotech International», the pharmaceutical company, is a part of one of the largest manufacturing holdings of France, Innotera, and Mr. Arnaud Gobet is the President of it. Innotera is the sixth of the dominant private pharmaceutical companies of France, it was established in 1913. The group has three major directions of activity, that is reflected in its structure:

1. «Laboratoire Innotera» creates the new curative molecules for the treatment of the vascular diseases and of the usual pathologies; it is also responsible for their production;

2. «Innotera Topic International» creates and produces the compressive knitted garments destined for the prophylaxis and treatment of the venous diseases;

3. «Laboratoire Innotech International» performs the export of the medical supplies to the external markets.

Innotera group has the 3rd place in France by volume of export of pharmaceutical products, it sells its products in more than 100 countries of the world, covering 5 continents. The gross volume of sales include: over 57 % of the gross export; 35,5 % of sales in France; 7,5 % of sales in Europe. The gross sales of the group in the year of 2001 were: EURO: 113 mln.

The company «Laboratoire Innotech International» was one of the first to start the export in the East European countries and in the CIS countries in the year of 1992. The results were as it was expected: the representative office in Russia had taken the first place in the gross volume of export, it sells the products for: EURO: 13 mln.; the representative office in Ukraine has the third place, it sells the products for: EURO: 3 mln. The gross rate of the sales to the CIS countries was: EURO: 20 mln. in the year of 2004.

The representative office of «Laboratoire Innotech International» was established in Ukraine in 1994.
